Additional Storage
Each owner has the ability to place a storage shed in one of the Loft’s enclosed warehouses that has been dedicated to owner storage. There is also the option for owner’s to store trailers and vehicles long term.
Authentic lofts in a landmarked building with historic details such as extraordinarily high ceilings, exposed brick, polished concrete floors and exposed metal beam framing. Along with historic details, the units at Lorillard Lofts boast modern amenities such as granite countertops, large windows and stainless steel appliances. The property at Lorillard Lofts features a landscaped courtyard, gym, lounge, covered parking and access to downtowns finest restaurants and night clubs. Also in close vicinity is the Legacy Trail running and biking path that stretches over 12 miles to the Kentucky Horse Park.
Fitness Center
The lofts has a fitness center where owners can take advantage of treadmills, stair steppers, free weights and a number of specific equipment designed to work specific muscle groups.
Controlled Access
The main and garage entrances are secured by fob or keypad entrance. The garage door entrance is controlled by openers which are issued to all owners.
Landscape Courtyard
The Lorillard Lofts has a landscaped courtyard where owners can gather, grill out, socialize and even garden in raised beds.
Covered Parking
Each owner has one space in the large covered parking area. There is ample off-street parking but additional parking spaces in the covered garage are available for rent.
Common Area Lounge
Owners have access to the many common areas inside of the building including a large area with sofas and chairs for gatherings.
